Gm Oil Pressure Sender Wiring Diagram
View Gm Oil Pressure Sender Wiring Diagram Background. I've heard of a few people that used a factory gm oil pressure sensor sending unit connected to the supply line (or fpr) then feeding the signal into the i/o of the. Oil pressure to fuel pressure and not only log it but be able to see it in stock gauge cluster.
When the oil gauge is nailed it usually means you have an open (cut/broken) sender wire or an idiot light sender. Troubleshooting oil pressure and water temperature gauges. The oil pressure sender has been changed twice and even ran the engine and tested the sensor was switching over and it was so oil the oil level sender works fine, i can only think it is a wiring issue so need a diagram to check it out.
Does anyone have the wiring diagram for these?
For the life of me i can not find any reference to the switch part of the oil pressure sender/switch in the 97 manual. Connect wiring harness as shown and tighten clamp securely. This will provide a signal for the oil. Where the first resistor will be the oil pressure sender and the second one the i will try to add a diagram of all the components wire together but i have to find a software that have a mpx4250ap.
